[Jonesboro, Ark., March 26, 2024] – Haag Brown is excited to announce the arrival of the iconic Cold Stone Creamery to the region’s largest trade area at The Highlands Shopping Center in Jonesboro!
With over 30 years of satisfying cravings, Cold Stone Creamery is poised to become Northeast Arkansas’ coolest spot for ice cream lovers. Its arrival marks a significant moment for Jonesboro, which hasn’t announced a new national ice cream shop in nearly a decade. With a number of popular chains exiting the area like TCBY, Bruster’s, and Shakes, Cold Stone Creamery will fill the void, bringing a fresh wave of sweetness to the area.
Cold Stone Creamery is renowned for its innovative desserts, offering a diverse range of indulgent treats such as ice cream, cakes, smoothies, and shakes. Their custom ice cream creations are made on frozen granite stones with a variety of tasty mix-ins to choose from so each customer is guaranteed a memorable and personalized experience.
Haag Brown is sure the addition of Cold Stone Creamery will make one of Northeast Arkansas’ best shopping centers even better. Strategically situated on the corner of E. Highland Dr. and Red Wolf Blvd, the signature ice cream parlor will be nestled between Huddle House and Fuji’s Japanese Steakhouse within the Highlands Shopping Center, managed by Haag Brown’s Asset Management Division.
Construction on the space will begin soon and Cold Stone is projected to open in the summer of 2024.
