June 27, 2024] — Haag Brown Commercial is thrilled to announce Buffalo Wild Wings is bringing its signature wings, sports entertainment, and community spirit back to the heart of Russellville, AR! Located at 2212 E. Parkway Drive in the former Buffalo Wild Wings building, the sports-style themed restaurant will now be under the ownership of franchisee Steve Howard with The Howard Group.
Distinguished as one of the largest Buffalo Wild Wings franchisees, the new ownership group expressed their enthusiasm for joining the Russellville scene. CEO Ken Taylor highlighted Russellville as a top market for their expansion, citing significant momentum and promising operational leadership in the area.
Russellville has recently experienced significant growth and development, making it an ideal location for this revitalized Buffalo Wild Wings. The property has quick access to I-40 and is connected to Sumo Japanese Steakhouse, 7Brew, McAlister’s Deli, and Aspen Dental, along with the Walmart Super Center, the largest regional retailer in the trade area.
Joshua Brown and Nathan Eller of Haag Brown Commercial facilitated the property sale. Haag Brown was excited for the opportunity to once again represent Buffalo Wild Wings franchisor Steve Howard with The Howard Group.
In 2010, Haag Brown completed one of its first deals as a new company with the group, securing a site in Conway, AR for Buffalo Wild Wings. Over the next several years, Haag Brown assisted the group in expanding its franchise across Arkansas and Oklahoma, opening stores in Jonesboro, Fort Smith, and North Little Rock, to name a few. They even scoped out Russellville, but due to market conditions at the time, The Howard Group passed on the opportunity.
With NWA exploding in growth and Russellville’s dynamic completely changed, this outstanding franchise group was compelled to pull the trigger and make the investment into the city. As operators of numerous thriving stores, they are the perfect group to bring Buffalo Wild Wings back to Russellville after its closure in 2019.
The Howard Group has plans in place to introduce an enhanced dining experience and revitalize the building with a stunning makeover. Construction on the site will begin soon.
