[Jonesboro, Ark. July 1, 2024] — Haag Brown Commercial is excited to announce that Baskin Robbins will soon be making its sweet return to Jonesboro, joining Stanton Optical in the newly redeveloped Premier Auto center at 2200 Red Wolf Boulevard, across from Starbucks.

Known for offering “31 flavors” so customers can enjoy a different treat every day of the month, Baskin Robbins is the world’s largest chain of ice cream specialty stores with over 8,000 locations internationally.

For those who grew up with Baskin Robbins, it’s more than just ice cream—it’s a part of the Jonesboro community story. It’s where the first tastes of independence, first crushes, and countless memorable family moments were had.

Haag Brown Commercial’s Executive Broker Zac Qualls represented both the development’s owner—a longtime Haag Brown portfolio client and local developer—and the Baskin Robbins franchisee, a local restaurant owner/operator, in securing the long-term lease.

The former car dealership in the heart of Jonesboro’s retail area has been renovated into a modern multi-tenant center. With multiple access points and great visibility, it’s an ideal spot for Baskin Robbins’ return. Construction on their 1,223-square-foot space will begin soon, with the opening expected shortly.
