Five Below is Coming to Little Rock

Haag Brown Commercial is excited to announce 5 Below is coming to Little Rock and will be a neighbor to Marshall’s. Haag Brown announced the acquisition of the retail center adjacent to the new Kroger Marketplace at 16105 Chenal Parkway in Little Rock, Arkansas less than one month ago. 

5 Below, a colorful store where everything is always just $5 and below, will occupy 8,500 square feet in the 63,700 square foot center at the corner of Chenal Parkway and Kirk Road. This vibrant tenant is one of the fastest growing retailers in the country with more than 630 stores in 32 states.
