[Rogers, AR., Sept. 16, 2025] – Haag Brown Commercial is pleased to announce the successful closing of a $4.75MM investment sale involving a premier medical and retail project at the corner of S. Dixieland Road and S. Pleasant Crossing in Rogers. The transaction was led by Haag Brown Commercial Executive Broker, Nathan Eller.
The two-building, two-acre development was originally acquired and developed in 2020 by Haag Brown Development’s Joshua Brown for Chordline Holdings. The vision was to create a long-term investment opportunity by designing a space where JP&O Orthopedics could own and occupy roughly one-third of the property, while leasing the remaining space for additional income. Today, the project is home to 4,029 square feet leased to Mercy and 8,800 square feet leased to Los Compas Restaurant and Ottobock.
This past week, the asset was purchased by Long Point Enterprise, LLC, a portfolio client who completed the acquisition through a 1031 tax exchange following the sale of another property that Haag Brown successfully transacted for them in Jonesboro.
The project illustrates the full life cycle of Haag Brown’s integrated services—land acquisition, development, leasing, stabilization, and ultimately, investment sale. The deal was brokered by Nathan Eller of Haag Brown Investments, with longtime Haag Brown friend and former broker Corey Fuhrman representing the seller.
With Haag Brown’s new office now open in Bentonville, this transaction signals both the firm’s commitment and the region’s momentum. It also fulfills Haag Brown’s mission of growing its presence in Northwest Arkansas while continuing to serve clients and friends from Northeast Arkansas.
