Tacos 4 Life Expanding to Fort Smith, Arkansas

Tacos 4 Life is continuing their course of expansion. After announcing six new stores across Arkansas, Haag Brown is excited to release that Tacos 4 Life is coming to Fort Smith. The store will be located within the Phoenix Flyover development on Phoenix Avenue just off I-540.

The Phoenix Flyover has proven a successful location for two of our closest clients. We are eager to see the Tacos 4 Life and Sumo Steakhouse open. Tacos 4 Life, a Conway based company whose ultimate goal is to eradicate childhood hunger worldwide, provides Feed My Starving Children the funds necessary to purchase one meal for every meal sold in the restaurant.

The new 4,000 square foot restaurant will occupy the western end-cap of a brand new center to be constructed beside the existing Starbucks/Rock Dental. The property has frontage on both I-540 and Phoenix Avenue lending it exposure to approximately 56,000 cars per day.

Haag Brown Commercial represented Tacos 4 Life in procuring the lease. They also worked alongside Jim Nunnelee of Nunnelee and Wright Commercial Properties in representing the development’s ownership group, KMW Properties, LLC.
