Another Project Commits to Township Centre

Haag Brown Commercial is excited to announce that a modern, multi-tenant center is going to be built on the 1.1 acre lot next to Chicken Salad Chick within the former Fairgrounds development, now known as Township Centre, off Red Wolf Boulevard.

Haag Brown Commercial Principal, Joshua Brown and Executive Broker, Nathan Eller worked with both the development’s owner, Storyline Development, LLC, and the Femera family, in the transaction.

Plans are underway to build a 6,000 square foot building which can accommodate up to 3 quality tenants.
