UrbanTech Provides A Fresh Look for Caraway

Haag Brown Commercial is thrilled to announce the acquisition of the former TeleTech building. This exciting purchase will lead to new tenants, a significant facelift, and a full rebranding of the property.

The site will be known as UrbanTech to emphasize the cutting-edge technology infrastructure integrated into a sophisticated Class A office space.

Construction plans are underway to enhance the building’s facade by adding numerous modern improvements. New paint, wood paneling, exterior lighting, and creative signage, will join substantial landscaping to extend the building’s front entrances and promote an eco-conscious environment.

For more than 20 years, the 65,000 SF technology hub has been a distinctive landmark on Caraway Road, flanked by exploding retail and restaurant development. Several national and local brands now encompass the property, including Hilton Garden Inn, 501 Steakhouse, Shadrach’s Coffee, Casey’s Gas Station, Cracker Barrel, Enterprise, and Aldi.

UrbanTech was the previous home of a customer experience technology and service company. Not only is the facility fully equipped with the fastest 5G network and fiber cable, but it is also decked out with meeting rooms, a full cafeteria, a coffee bar, and a gym.

The framework is already in place for this to be an incredible place to office. The interior is built out as an ultra-modern tech space with cool amenities. Local food trucks and a popular coffee shop are stable landmarks established in the parking lot of the building. The 501 Steakhouse, one of the best restaurants in the state, is an easy walk. The property is adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn and several other hotels. The building will be polished with the addition of exciting landscaping and signage. Red River Pharmacy will occupy the former VA Clinic space at the southwest corner of the building with S&H Systems residing in the remainder of the space. This new relocation to Urbantech will promote growth within both businesses and assist the development of new jobs.

S&H Systems is a facility automation and software solutions provider to large and small businesses in a variety of industries. Their time is devoted to developing, engineering, and implementing innovative control systems tailored to the needs of their clients.

Little Rock, Texarkana, and Tyler, Texas are home to Red River Pharmacy. The Jonesboro location specializes in a variety of home infusion and nuclear pharmacy services. Developing therapeutic methods of treatment that includes antibiotic therapy, home inotropes, chemotherapy, cardiology therapeutics and general nuclear medicine are just a few of the healthcare improvements being performed within this location.

It was a pleasure working with our out-of-state owners of the building throughout this process. I want to thank them for entrusting our firm on a local level to not only lease the building, but also sell the asset for them. We had a game plan and it was executed perfectly with their help. It was a win/win for all parties involved. With Haag Brown’s acquisition, I am excited for the planned exterior improvements to the building – when finished, it will be one of the coolest buildings in Jonesboro!
